Landscaping results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, irrigation systems, existing plant health, pests, and maintenance practices. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

Weather-Dependent Services

Many services are weather-dependent. Alpha Landscaping LLC may delay, reschedule, or modify services due to rain, storms, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related events. Alpha Landscaping LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather or environmental conditions.

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Service dates and times are scheduled based on availability and operational considerations.

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or failure to provide property access may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and reasonable access to service areas
Unlocking gates or providing access codes
Securing pets and animals
Clearing work areas of obstacles
Marking underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hazards
Disclosing known property conditions that may affect services
Obtaining HOA, property manager, or other required approvals

Alpha Landscaping LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, lack of access, or pre-existing property issues.

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Payments are not accepted through this website. Payment methods, timing, and terms are communicated separately.

Deposits may be required for certain services or larger projects. Failure to provide a required deposit may result in delayed scheduling or cancellation.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Alpha Landscaping LLC. No refunds are guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Alpha Landscaping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the website or services provided.
